The Power of Grant Union Baseball
Our mission is for the Grant Union Baseball team to realize its full potential as a state recognized, perennial top caliber class 3A competitor by utilizing the support of former Grant Union baseball players, coaches, etc. through communication and organized events as necessary in order to increase attendance, enhance the team's recognition, improve facilities, and broaden financial support. This site has been needed for a long time and we hope you will all support it by coming back here often and seeing just where Grant Union Baseball has come and where it is headed. Head Coach Ryan Carpenter has great ambitions for the program's future; and there are few of us who haven't had a conversation discussing the truly great potential Grant Union has to reach a higher level......one that we all know can and should become a reality.
Well, that time is coming; quickly. And the wonderful by-product of all this is that we now have a place where we can go to find old teammates, renew friendships, or just keep in touch. Your suggestions will always be welcome so don't be afraid to throw out an idea you have that will help us grow.
One last thing, very soon we will likely see plans come to fruition that will begin further enhancements for the baseball facilities. We will always remember the days of the past and with your help and interest, we can all play a large role in this new beginning.
Currently we are trying to compile old stats, records, and photo's of great teams from the past. Please send us your email address and some information about the years you played so we can compile the great memories and traditions that have built this program to what it is today. We are also hoping that we can put together and annual alumni weekend which will include an alumni golf tournament, baseball game, and nightly socials. be sure to spread the word to all of your old teammates that Grant Union Baseball History has come alive!
